General Policies

All products in our web site are only available for sale to those 18 years or older.

We will never give or sell your name to anyone! Your name and address are held in complete confidentiality

We will charge you a 15% restocking fee if your order is returned to us because of a bad address. Please check your address before using the submit button!

If we cannot contact you about a problem with your order, your order will not be processed.

Shipping:

Choose your shipping option on the order form before you submit your order. We will only ship an order via US Mail if the address is a PO Box. Please allow up to 10 business days for UPS Ground. Allow up to 5 business days for Priority.

The shipping charges on international orders will be calculated and you will be contacted before shipment of the products.

Our Refund Policy:

All sales of sexual products are final. We cannot accept returned sexual products. All products are tested prior to shipment - This includes Video's, DVD's, and battery operated devices. Batteries, if required are included.
